Terms & Conditions
* Access to the sale is strictly by invitation only.
* Sale or transfer of invitation to others is strictly forbidden.
* No posting of products and/or details of the sale on any social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Weibo, Tiktok etc).
* Any disclosure of the event on social media or any third party platforms will result in ban from all future OnTheList events.

Product & Pricing
* Purchases are for personal use only and purchasing on behalf of another person is strictly forbidden.
* Reselling of items to other people, through any channel including informal/personal/secondhand goods stores/internet are not allowed.
* Exchange, return, refund, after-sale services and alterations on items purchased will NOT be accepted.
* All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
* All products will be sold in "as is" condition and may have parts/accessories missing.
* Final prices are determined at checkout.
* Prices may be adjusted at any point during the sale period, and these adjustments do not apply to purchases already processed and cannot be the basis for any claim.
* All sold merchandise will be marked, and/or tags and plastics will be removed.
* Any violation of the above regulations may result in the permanent suspension of your current and future private sale privilege.

Quota
*Please refer to the Purchase Quota Table in your invitation.

Payment
* Payment by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard).
* Payment in MYR only.

Delivery
* Estimated Delivery Time from the end of event: 3 to 6 weeks.
* Free delivery on all orders above RM200 for West Malaysia & RM250 for East Malaysia.
* RM15 delivery charge for orders under RM200 in West Malaysia & RM25 for orders under RM250 in East Malaysia.
* Each order is limited to one single delivery address and the recipient's name at the delivery address must be the same person who made the purchase.

OnTheList Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to make the final decision regarding access to the sale, sale of products, and any disputes.
