Terms & Conditions

Admission
* Admission is strictly by invitation only.  
* Admission to the sale by pre-registration only.
* Sale or transfer of invitation to others is strictly forbidden.
* No posting of products and/or details of the sale on any social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat, Weibo, Tiktok etc.) Any content found on social media will lead to an automatic cancellation of your order and exempt from all future OnTheList events.

Product & Pricing
* Reselling of items to other people, through any channel including informal/personal/second hand goods stores/internet are strictly forbidden.
* Purchases are for personal use only - purchases on behalf of others are strictly forbidden
* Exchange, return, refund, after-sale services and alterations on items purchased will NOT be accepted. 
* All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Some products may present slight imperfections and may have parts/accessories missing. Therefore, all products will be sold in "as is" condition. 
* Final prices are determined at checkout. 
* No tax refund will be issued.
* Prices may be adjusted at any point during the sale period. Adjustments do not apply to purchases already processed and cannot be the base for any claim. 
* Any violation of the above regulations may result in permanent suspension of any current and future private sale privilege.

* Max. 5 pieces of Handbags (Men & Women)
* Max. 5 pieces of Luggage
* Max. 5 pairs of Small Leather Goods (Men & Women)
* Max. 5 pairs of Belts (Men & Women)
* Max. 3 pieces of Silk & Soft Accessories
* Max. 10 pieces of Shoes (Men & Women)
* Max. 10 pieces of Ready to Wear (Men & Women)
* Max. 5 pieces of Watches
* Max. 1 pieces of Eyewear
* Max. 10 pieces of Silver / Fashion Jewellery* Max. 10 pieces of Fine Jewellery
* Transferring or accepting someone else’s quota is strictly prohibited.
**Quota will be applied throughout the whole sale event**
*** Only 1 delivery address per invite.

Payment
* Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
* Payment in MYR only. 

Delivery
* Single delivery address per account. 
* Order will be delivered from 2-4 weeks after the order is placed. 
* East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan: A delivery fee of MYR25 applies for orders below MYR250. Free delivery is provided for orders RM550 and above.
* West Malaysia (All other territories): A delivery fee of MYR15 applies for orders below MYR200. Free delivery is provided for orders RM500 and above.

General Provisions
* OnTheList Sdn. Bhd. reserve the right to make the final decision for access to the sale, sale of products and in any disputes.
